Privacy Policy

Browsing FancyKart does not require an account. We only collect personal information when you submit a giveaway claim.

What we collect

• Your name, Instagram username, verified email address, optional phone number, city and postal code.
• Your delivery or collection preference and the date you accepted the giveaway terms.

How it's used

Only to review your claim, enforce the one-claim-per-person rule, and arrange delivery or collection. It is never sold. When a giveaway is completed, the recipient's name and Instagram username are shown on that product's page; all other details stay private and only the site owner can see them.

"Buy This Product" links take you to third-party retailers, whose own privacy policies apply. Some links may be affiliate links.
